Below are the general terms & conditions that apply to every GoDecoLighting purchase.

We accept cash transfer, bank transfer from these banks Maybank or CIMB Bank.
We will process your order immediately after the payments is confirmed cleared by our bank.
Customer who pays through ATM machine or bank counter, interbank transfer must email bank name, banking date, order number, date, amount and attachment of printscreen of transaction / scanned bank in slip to firstname.lastname@example.org to avoid delays in order processing.
Shipping & Delivery
GoDecoLighting currently ships to any street address in Malaysia.
We ship orders via GD Express, Skynet, Airpak Express and Post Laju.
Courier Delivery Time:
Peninsular Malaysia – 1-4 business days
Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan – 2-5 business days
If the product ordered is out-of-stock, we will contact you immediately to confirm a replacement / refund / other instructions.
International Shipping - Shipping to other international destinations is unavailable at this time.
All sales are final and goods sold are not returnable or exchangeable. All products will test before shipping to customers.
Customer must inspect product immediately upon arrival to ensure item is in good condition.
For product damaged during shipment, please contact us within 24 hours upon receipt of product, together with a photo of the damaged item. Email us the photo at email@example.com
Customer will need to bear the Re-Delivery of returned parcels.
If you receive the wrong product/colour please inform us immediately. Please DO NOT break the packaging or use it.
Once used or touched, it is considered SOLD. Products can be exchanged provided that the products are in new and original condition.
GoDecoLighting reserves the right for final decision.
